The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year full time programme approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), formed under Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The curriculum is reviewed and upgraded every year by the advisory board in consultation with the Director, his team of faculty and the industry, for practical applicability and theoretical relevance.
The core emphasis of this programme is to cultivate the ability to translate theory into practice. It aims at promoting the development of a mind that questions, analyzes and understands, one that proactively seeks knowledge, acquires appropriate skills and promotes the right attitude. This, in turn, develops capabilities that are imperative in the management of an enterprise in the twenty-first century.
Since NSM is completely autonomous and not bound to any university structure, there is an inherent ability to utilize academic freedom and develop trend-setting educational programmes & processes with long-term benefits for everyone involved.
